Honey, it's more than OK. Go for it, just don't drive (which it sounds like you won't). It'll help get you loosened up and ready for the night. I like to have a beer or a glass of wine while I'm getting ready and doing my makeup. Then I blast my iPod with headphones and dance in front of the mirror. It definetly gets me in the mood for fun!
