Let's see...
#1. CuCl2 (Cu2+) is soluble, so there is no precipitate (ppt)
Only CuCl (Cu+) is a precipitate
4NaCl + 2Cu(NO3)2 --> 4NaNO3 + 2CuCl2 can also be written as
2NaCl + Cu(NO3)2 --> 2NaNO3 + 1CuCl2 (preferred)

#2. FeCl2 is also soluble, so no ppt forms.
#3 AgCl2 should be AgCl. Then re-balance.
#4, 5 are correct.
FOR 6-12, check your equations
#6. Na3PO4 + 3AgNO3 --> 3NaNO3 + Ag3(PO4) ppt: Ag3PO4
#7. 2NaOH + Cu(NO3)2 --> 2NaNO3 + Cu(OH)2 ppt OK
#8. 2NaOH + Fe(NO3)2 --> 2NaNO3 + Fe(OH)2 ppt OK
#9. NaOH + AgNO3 --> 2NaNO3 + AgOH ppt ppt: AgOH
#10 Na2SO4 + Cu(NO3)2 --> 2NaNO3 + CuSO4 no ppt forms.
#11.Na2SO4 + Fe(NO3)2 --> 2NaNO3 + FeSO4 no ppt forms.
#12.Na2SO4 + 2AgNO3 --> 2NaNO3 + Ag2SO4 ppt: Ag2SO4

NOTES:
Charge of Ag: +1 NOT +2
Charge of SO4: -2 NOT -1
etc.

EQUATIONS#
1,2,3,4 ARE BALANCED INCORRECTLY, ALSO THE PRECIPITATES IN SOME ARE NOT CORRECT ( #1,2.)

SILVER NITRATE IS AgNO3 AND NOT Ag(NO3)2.

PLEASE REWRITE AND BALANCE PROPERLY.

IF YOU CAN NOT PLEASE COME BACK AND I WILL HELP YOU.

BUT YOU HAVE TO MAKE SINCERE ATTEMPT.

THANKS

I don't know, but you seem to be a very hard worker who does their homework religiously and very neatly too. I give you an AAA+++ ;-)
