There are videos of him peeing on underage girls and having sex with them. He also married the singer Aaliyah when she was 17 which means prior to them getting married he was already having a relationship with her probably even when she was 16. Why has he been able to get away with this and not be imprisoned? He is a sicko.

Just like how O.J. Simpson got away with a double murder.......celebrities live by a different set of rules than the rest of the world......they can afford high price attorneys to prolong cases and get lesser sentences......it is hard to get a jury that will convict someone who has alot of star power......but that is not in all cases especially when the federal government is involved perfect example Michael Vick, Martha Stewart, and Lil Kim......it is sad that the way our legal system works sometimes......how can a man not be in jail and they have his *** on tape.
Celebrities that SHOULD BE IN JAIL:
O.J. Simpson (double murder)
Phil Spector (murder)
Michael Jackson (child molester)
Snoop Dogg (drugs, guns you name it......he has been arrested so many times)
Lindsay Lohan (drugs)
and the list goes on

I dont understand it either. But why have Micheal Jackson gotten away with what he did twice? And Phil Spector for killing his wife? But yeah R. Kelly might have skipped the courts for now, but his reputation is forever tarnished because of that situation. You notice he is not all over the t.v like he use to be. But yeah that dosnt fix what happen. Him and micheal jackson need to be in jail.

Technically, he has not gotten away with it yet. The case has been postponed. R.Kelly is banking on the hopes of time going by and everyone forgeting about his child romps. Meanwhile, he promotes himself in the most selfish of ways, getting you to buy his albums, and wanting people to forget the bad by smothering it with good!

That proof can and will be used in a court of law if they can bring him forward.
I don't know the guys life but i had heard he was having sex with minors - why he hasen't been charged i don't know - he should be!
Children have no protection and no voice for this and that is so sad.
I hope he is brought to justice for his crimes (if any are proved and true)
