Look for the good in how things turn out. If it is good for someone, then that is ok. Your turn will come too. We cannot control other people, only ourselves. Sometimes it is not bad people, but good people doing bad things.

Unfortunately good deeds aren't necessarily returned proportionately. Maybe it's not the good you do but the people you do it for.

I have helped a lot of people in my life and virtually none of them have helped me in return. On the other hand, I have been helped by people who have never and probably will never need my help.

Sometimes I think the world is divided into two groups. Those who help and those who get help. Maybe you should try to find more self-sufficient people to be around and not spend so much energy trying to help perpetually helpless people.
