You can try PSPTube (homebrew). Otherwise you will have to convert .flv to MP4 because the PSP Flash player will not play Flash Videos.

go to windows and download it then i think you can get it on your psp

go to google and search for adobe flash player. 9 is the most current. altho if u r using internet explorer the maximum is 7
