this symptom occurred in 2007. even when i'm at school i throw up. it's extremely bothersome. what does this mean and what should i do? some said go to the doctors but i'm not sure yet :/

You can go to the gyn and get on some sort of hormonal birth control, which may have the benefit of lessening pre and menstrual symptoms like nausea, vomiting, cramps, mood swings, etc.

But be warned: hormonal bc can cause serious side effects including blood clots, strokes, and death, so I would think it over carefully before starting it.

Eating a well-balanced diet with plenty of calcium and getting a reasonable amount of excercise will also help with PMS - so much so that you may not have to have chemical interference for your symptoms.

I always threw up from the pain. For me it was common.

What to do?, throw up..

are you having severe cramps? i get sick but its from the cramps. i would talk to your doc to see if everything ok

That's normal, some people have it worse when their on their period. I have a couple friends that throw up many times in the beginning of their period.

Hmm, I've no idea what's going on, you really need to see a gynocologist (spelling?). That's unheard of and I'm the queen of temper tantrums at my cycles.
