I never watch the news which I know would be a good way to keep up with politics but even if I did I would never be able to understand what's going on cuz I am clueless. So what are some good books that I can understand to learn things as simple as -WHY....exactly are we in this war-after thinking about the little info I have, I think I might be for the war, but I can't be sure cuz I barely know anything. When I'm watching the news, I wanna be able to hear the name of a leader and know who they're talking about. I also wanna know more than the little I remember from History class about the whole Israelis against Palestinians thing. Basically, I wanna know about anything and anyone who is relevant today(and also terms like elected vs appointed, governor vs mayor etc.)
