When I was in 6th grade, I sold candy from the Sam's club on my bus...
Before that I sold lemonade in my neighborhood...
Since it's winter, theres not much you can do outside... unless it snows. you can shovel driveways.
walk dogs for people... i think the errands idea from the above comment was a very good one. parents work late nowadays..
think of where you live, your community and what they can use... think of the people you come into contact with usually on a day to day basis... use what's around you..use what they need or like... and base a service on that...

This is not going to just happen. It takes work, an education, and a lot of time. Do you know what the definition of rich is?

Cleaning, kitchenwork, packing, running errands, gardening, babysitting, newspaper delivery are some of the jobs available. These jobs will be posted in local newspapers and billboards. Many businesses hesitate to employ minors because of the legal restrictions on working hours and documentation required.
A better option is to work from home on your computer - write articles, sell on eBay, make a website, take surveys. In some cases, you may have to set up an account in your parents or guardians name, and ask them to pay you, after they get the money for your work.
