Call XBOX Hotline.
They'll help you.

How many of us have heard horror stories about getting our xbox back from microsoft support worse off than when we sent it in?

This might not help your situation, but it's a really good idea to purchase your system from Best Buy where you can buy their service plan. It will pay for itself when Best Buy replaces your defective system when it's outside the warranty period.

Barring that, do keep calling Xbox support; they'll eventually get it right, or give you a refurbished system.

First make sure that everything is plugged in right. If that doesn't work, then call the xbox hotline.

I was having problems with the rings, and then I read on a forum where some guy said that the fan cooler some people get talked into buying (like me) was just a rip-off, and to take it off for the 360 to work better. I took it off, and haven't had a red ring since. Sorry if this doesn't answer your question specifically, but hopefully you can get it resolved soon. Good luck.

First and foremost, I hope you saved all packaging that returned with your system. There should be a receipt showing the repairs. If you have everything, immediately call Microsoft and give them the information from the receipt and then tell them that your system won't turn on.

They should either repair it again or replace it !
