The most played song in America for the entire year was "Watching You" by Rodney Atkins. As far as best artist of the year, I would say Carrie Underwood had a really great chart year, as Did Rodney Atkins and Kenny Chesney. This is according to Billboard, but the magazine is known as the industry's source for charts.

Brad Paisley is the best artist. His whole 5th Gear album is great! I love "Online."
The best song is "Watching You" by Rodney Atkins. It is a very well-written song. It is really cute and it is true about little kids.
It totally fits my 4 year old brother. My mom and I couldn't believe it when we first heard the song because my brother always gets a Happy Meal from McDonalds with a orange drink. He wants to be just like my dad.
