We always say your ... years old rather than .... years young.

No but that's really interesting.. they should say "years old" for people ages from about 50+ and "years young" for people ages 50-.

ummm it doesn't make any difference really!..if you're old then you're old!..face reality !...am 19 years old and am very proud that time is running fast! lol weird huh? ^_^
