Looking under your hood, it should be on your right hand side.
If you look at your fan belt, it should be the farthest to your right on top.

Try a google search for 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix and the sites for commons complaints will come up. I know intake manifold gaskets on that v6 are big happening. Not too bad otherwise, from what I looked up about them recently.

About as far back on the passengers side behind the motor look down with a flash light the total powersteering fluid amount is 750ML or approx 3/4 quart. Be careful and use one of those long tornado shaped funnels.

Since you can't find it, I'll assume you have the 3.8 liter...the 3.1 liter is easily seen at the top...the reservoir on the 3.8 liter is on the passenger side, under the windshield, down low, near the heater hoses...look for it with the engine off, it's a tight squeeze between the serpentine belt and your hand.

Make things easy for yourself and drive over to your nearest Pontiac dealer, pull up in the service write up area and have the write up man show you........someone in the service bay area will know for sure.

yep, john paul is correct
they had to relocate it on some of the 3.8 liter gm engines due to the supercharger snout being right there on the supercharged models.
