You're pregnant if the test says you are. While it is easy to get a false negative test, It's almost impossible to get a false positive. And you've already missed two periods, that is a symptom of being pregnant. I didn't have any symptoms through out my first pregnancy, I even had bleeding during the first month.

Go see a doctor.

The only symptom I had when I got pregnant was a missed period. I actually even got negative HPT's until I was almost months before getting a positive. I didn't start feeling pregnant until close to 5 months! Totally normal, but you should definitly make an appointment to go in, there are alot of things they watch and check through your pregnancy to keep your little one safe and healthy.
GOOD LUCK & CONGRATS!!!

go and see a doctor. they can tell u how far along u are. i found out i was pregnant after i missed a period and i still havent had any symptons yet. im currently 22-23 wks now and i know that i pregnant now cause this one loves playing soccer on my stomach. the doc will referre u to get a ultrasound so they can tell when it is due and really how far u are along. dont be scared they are there to help u. enjoy being pregnant.

I see you posted your question twice! Here's my answer again.

Yes, definitely. Plenty of women don't experience any symptoms of pregnancy apart from having no periods, especially in the first few months.

Not all women have morning sickness, nausea, or notice changes to their breasts, etc.

Plenty of women (like me!) who don't get many symptoms don't "feel" pregnant until 4-5 months along when their stomach gets obviously pregnant looking, and the baby starts kicking!
If you've missed two periods, you should definitely take a pregnancy test, and if you're pregnant, go and see a doctor, obstetrician or midwife.

I suspect congratulations are in order!

PS - I'm over 3 months pregnant now, and I still don't feel pregnant. Even pregnant women I've talked to with full-on morning sickness say they sometimes feel like they're just fat, with a bad case of gastro, and they still don't "feel" pregnant either. It's *very common* to not feel pregnant this early. Trust the test! If you want confirmation better than a wee home pregnancy test, a doctor can do a blood test.

I didn't feel any symptoms at all until about 3 months later. I was so sure that I wasn't pregnant I didn't even bother taking a test until my period was almost 2 weeks late....

And even then I wasn't convinced i was pregnant until the first sonogram.

So everyone is different. Take a couple more tests to see if they all come up with the same result.

And yes, go to a clinic if they all come up positive. Pre-natal care is essential.

Good luck!

It's normal especially when you're first pregnant. Just make sure you get into the doctor so you can start everything. they'll be able to tell you better how far along you are and all that. I'm sure they symptoms will come soon enough so enjoy this time. Perhaps you're one of they lucky ones who never gets sick or anything. Good luck

You don't have to have symptoms to be pregnant. You can have none except a missed period. I'm currently 6 weeks with #2 and the only thing I have is sore boobs if pressed, and tiredness. That's it.
But you do need to call the docotr and set up an appointment and blood tests.
