I just downloaded it and all the images are really blurry.
How can I make it better?

you get to close you have to buy the real version, the real version can show you live satcom.

First, they need time to fully download.
Second, not all areas have the same resolution. For instance, you can get in real close to Cambridge, MA, or Washington, DC, but not so much some little town in Colorado.
