Wha do you mean by "chemtrails"? If you mean condensations trails, the correct term is "contrails". The conspiracy theory that aeroplanes are pumping chemicals into the air to affect the population in some way is completely ludicrous. No-one with the slightest understanding of atmospheric physics would support it.

Apart from anything else, putting chemicals high in the troposphere or in the stratosphere is a very inefficient way of getting them to the surface. It could take months or even years for the chemicals to float down and if they did they would be hundreds or thousands of kilometres from where they were released.
