Yes, I have but I much prefer Pride and Prejudice over S&S.
Elinor's fellow in particular annoys me. He is such a bland, wall-flower character that he holds no interest for me. It could be argued that he's aware that he is under an understanding of an engagement so he cannot engage Elinor's time too much, but I think that even without this restriction he would still be faded, uninteresting man. No match for Elinor.
My favourite of them all is the Colonel. He borders on being a byronic hero (with the tragic background etc), but I admire the qualities that he exhibits and I think it's a shame we don't hear even more about his character during the story.
(BTW if you're ever interested in watching the 80's BBC version - don't! It's like watching a high school play)

I could not stop reading Jane Austen books. It was just like a big bag of Frito Lay, I read one after the other and then when I ran out of Jane Austen Books to read I looked around for another author as good as her and never found one.

No, I tried to read Pride and Prejudice but I don't enjoy classics. Jane Austen just doesn't do it for me.
