You can figure somewhere around $25/square foot to finish the room using a contractor.

Depends on the size of the room and what you want to do to it. Hardwood or carpet or tile. Plaster board for the walls, trim for the baseboards and possibly crown molding, lighting fixtures, paint and dont forget the furniture. We have rehabbed houses and consider each room will be $5000 minimum.

Depends on where you live. We closed in our double garage and made it a beautiful den for under $8000. That was to even stucco the outside. I would get as many estimates as you can, and makes sure to get everything included, paint, flooring, fans. We also put in recessed lighting. That makes a difference.

If you do a lot of the work yourself, not as much, but if you contract it all out, depending on the size of the room and what exactly you want done, between $3,000 and $ 10,000.

May as well ask "how long is a piece of string?"

How big is the room, how do you want it finished....

Depends on what you mean by FINISH.

Sheetrock, paint and carpet will cost around $6,000, but you can of course spend a LOT more depending on your tastes and the size of the room.

Dimensions would help
