Absolutely. As a lifelong Chiefs fan, I want to see some change. I don't have a problem with Herm staying as long as he revamped the offensive coaching staff. All the guys he has working for him from the O-Coordinator down to the assistant line coach are all in over their head. They're all basically one position too high for their skills as a coach. Now King Carl, he has to go. When he was hired it was because he supposedly had a 5 year superbowl plan. Well, we're going on 19 years now and he just doesn't seem to know how to put a solid contender together. He makes poor decisions on draft day, he's made a number of atrocious decisions with free agents and he rewards people that are loyal to him or that he's known for a long time even when it's not the best thing for the team. For example, the hiring of Herm Edwards - a long time friend who was handed the job without as much as a formal interview and without even looking at any other candidates. They could change head coaches as much as they want, but nothing is going to change for the team until Carl Peterson is no longer in charge.

GO CHIEFS!!!!!
