Does staying home with my 5 year old watching a Spongebob movie sound like New Year's Cheer? LOL!
New Year's Eve Pasts, now that was some good old nights!
Now I consider it Amateur's Night.

I think you should go because you are over the heartbreak. It's normal to feel that you regret breaking up with the guy but later in the future you won't. It happens all the time. Just go out there & have fun! Live a little, it's Valentine's Day!

Well, if ya'll folks are inviting us over far some of the new fangled tater tots, sure !!
But otherwise i'll sit here w/my cats, listen to fireworks that hopefully dont burn down the neighborhood & watch a nice quiet family movie like Rambo!! hahah

Well I guess just me and the dogs listening to some country music on the computer is that cheerful enough? It is about as good as it is going to get in the desert tonight. I would rather be out listening for the song of the wolf somewhere! I love to hear them sing! Now THAT would be the way to RING in the New Year for me!

We're going to a get together at an extended family members house tonight. I made a deal with my best gf--she brings our favorite wine, I bring our favorite snack. We'll meet at 8, put the kids down at 10, and ring in the New Year together.
