OJ is no longer rich and, with the government having chosen a wrong trail and is no longer pursuing the killer(s), he is unlikely to be able to find her killer(s) on his own. In addition, the killer(s) likely did so to cover up some illegal activities (my suspicion is drugs are involved) that he felt was at risk due to the divorce so OJ would be risking his own life to a hit if he were actually to seriously pursue him/them/the organization.

There is no answer to this because most people have decided that OJ did it himself. If he didn't, then he is one of the unluckiest men in the world. If he did, he is one of the meanest men in the world. Either way, I don't think 2008 will bring any closure to the situation!
