Velvet I had a few over the Past week, 2 from Abbey National and 1 from Egg, although i know they didn't actually come from them.
I don't even have accounts with these people!

I just reported them as "phishing"

I hope that noone is conned by these!

Happy New Year Honey!!

I've gotten a couple of Nigerian scams. It's pretty funny to read, the grammar is so terrible and their story is so flawed.

Everyone receives them, they are best ignored

I have had plenty. Do as everyone else suggests, and delete them immediately. Do not click on the links, that look like they come from any one of several banks, but they will fleece your account, and it will cost you loads.

They include HSBC, NatWest, Abbey National, Halifax, and any other logos that the scum may have copied also.

This is a scam do not reply to it, no bank or other financial institution will ever send e-mails to there customers asking for your bank details. Report it to your bank

You mean those ones that sound too good to be true? lol They show up regularly, however, most of them have an "unsubscribe" html: down below the ad. just click on that and you should be unsubscribed. If it doesn't have this, make SURE you mark it as spam, and/or send yahoo an email with their html and let them know it's SPAM. Definitely do NOT fill ANYTHING in. Can't believe those people have no conscience and would do something like that to innocent people.
