Well..I let it out.
If you hold a sneeze,the sinus pressure has to go somewhere..and can bust a vein in your neck..and kill you..or hurt your brain..
although if you do sneeze,you can break a rib.
Just for the record,it is impossible to keep your eyes open while you sneeze,they automatically shut.

it depends on where i am at that moment.if i'm home,i let it all out but i'm somewhere very formal and conventional,i'll hold it in or excuse myself.

let it out...you dont wanna go popping an eye out or something. I got no shame in having a good tongue flapping sneeze. Just as long as i dont blow spit everywhere im good!!!

I usually let it out but there are some times when I know there maybe some leakage and there is no tissue around so I hold it in.
