Is the site fasthomeoffer.com real. I did a search on google and found nothing.

I want to sell my home fast. My house has been on the market for 4 months. I know the market is doing to well. I just want to get out.

I heard the fasthomeoffer sells your house quick and paid cash.

No, they are not real. The "address" they use is one of those post office boxes. They do not have any sort of business license under that name. There is no phone number.

Complete scam.

It's real, but they'll only offer you between 60 and 70% of what your home is actually worth.

If you really need out, I'd price it as low as you can and then it will sell.

As for the cash side of things, you will receive a cashier's check at the closing no matter who buys the home from you. The amount will be how much is left over after the title company pays off all of the liens against the home. You WILL NOT receive cash money, no matter who you end up selling to - there are too many negatives to that much cash.

Yes, they are for real, if you want to sell your house for 65-70% of what it is really worth.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

They neglect to tell you some of the hidden "fees".

You can get out NOW. All you have to do is price your house 10% BELOW the lowest comp out there. No one wants to do that, because they remember what a neighbor got last year or last month or because they are upside down (owe more than its worth). The market determines fair value..PERIOD

And find a good realtor.

Good Luck
