I think according to all the news reports i have seen the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the hit, and no amount of Armor would help when someone stands up through the roof of the car, so maybe the person who told her to stand up wanted he shot.

Why don't you try to find out who was responsible and blame that person, rather than trying to create savage rumors?
