4 wheel parts stores thats the name,or pro comp,local 4x4 clubs, check play/slop in the other axle the new one may trash the old one.2 points 4 hall and oates rock on!!!

Probably new...I don't think those older trucks ever came with 3.42's in a 12 bolt. Not until 10 bolt with OD automatics.
