It's at time square and I think you don't have to buy tickets. I wish I could go to see the Jonas Brothers. Ahhh...Do you live near New York City. If you do then you should definitely attend.
Have a superfantabulous New Years,
Mandy

From what I know you basically crowd around Times Square behind like the barriers. Any age can go, but truthfully it looks like it gets extrememly crowded and noisy so really little kids probably shouldn't go. I don't think you need tickets but by now theres probably already tons of people waiting there.

A lot of the taping has already occurred. You have to have tickets to attend (I don't know if you can buy them though) and I believe it is 21 years and up.
The ball drop is in Times Square. No tickets required but if you aren't there by now you will be blocks away and barely able to even see the ball and unlikely to hear any of the performances. Plus, once you are in you can't leave to use the bathroom, get food, etc.

It's at Times Square in New York, no tickets required. If you're a youngster, you'd want an adult with you just for safety.
Dick Clark probably will not attend, since he had a stroke a couple of years ago.

I believe that Dick Clark's Rocking New Years Eve on ABC takes place in Times Square, New York. I believe that all ages can go and you dont have to buy tickets, but make sure to get there early so you can get a good spot. Your welcome, not in advance =)!
