The second is a raised inflection.
the austrailian sentance ender, like "innit, like?"
You can't end a sentance starting "I Am", with a question mark, as its a statement. "Am I", could end with one.
therefore, the first statement is correct.
(because it IS a statement, and does'nt end in a question mark).
