We just need to look at protons to determine which atom (element it is). Calcium has 20 protons. To include neutrons in the answer, we do one or the other:
Calcium-X (where X is the number of neutrons and protons)
Calcium-42
or
42
.....Ca
20
Element: Calcium (Ca)

Calcium has atomic mass 40 and proton number 20.
A mass of an atom is the sum of protons and neutrons
MAss = Protons + Neutrons
Normally for calcium the equation will be:
40 mass = 20 neutrons + 20 protons
But since this one hass 22 neutrons, it is an isotope of Calcium (i.e. it has a different number of neutrons)
42 - (mass)
Ca
20 (proton number)
