We need to vote the bums out. The democrats had their chance to make things better and they blew it, so now its time for the GOP to take the rains, and lead America back into prosperity, since the Dems took it away from us, sadly.

Yes. The idea blaming the Republicans do not fly because they were too busy investigating and micro managing instead of producing the big picture. Newt did not get everything but he was also working on the issues that matters instead of left and right investigations.
I think the Republicans can have a chance by producing a new contract with America. The idea is border security. The improvement to government process. The idea is to cut earmarks.

you are correct the democrats have failed
we need to get rid of the 49 republican senators and 210 or so republican representatives then things can be accomplished. the democrats have not failed the republicans have caused this waste of time. polls show congress with a pitifully low approval rating and polls also show that those who give a low rating to congress do so because of the republicans.
so yes, vote the bums out.
republicans need to be careful what they wish for.

Its time to return the government to its original purpose .
Provide for the common defense and promote the welfare of the people .
This doses not include bases all over the world in foreign lands or checks to people that do not work .
What we need is a return to what this nation was about .
That was freedom .
If you do not like me it does not mean you pass a law . I would like to see 90% of the laws removed from the books and 90% of the government offices closed permanently . They could become homeless shelters or hospitals .

Its not entirely the democrats fault. Republicans are in Congress too. Many times, the republicans are preventing the democrats from doing anything.

The GOP had the reins and did nothing but squander millions, help cause thousands of soldiers deaths, caused the housing bubble. All smoke and mirrors, and now the GOP wants to blame the democrats? bush and those few republicans left in congress have failed us and the majority of americans know this. Democrats will win big because they are the majority. When this happens republicans will surely have something to fear.
