Restore other magic spell in oblivion.?

Question

I am stuck on the Vahtacen's Secret quest, I accidentally used the restore magic spell in the wrong order so the one on the table is gone. I need to buy it from a shop, but I do not know where to go. Please help, if I used the spells in the correct order I probably would have been arch-mage by now. :(

I have been here, http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Vahtacen%27s_Secret , they don't say what to do if you mess up the order, which I did. all I need is the restore magic spell on the collum and I can move on.

Thanks for teh help, but when I read "I don't play oblivion". "I havn't played that game yet", or "I don't know what you should do" It makes me think you have no idea how to help.

the skingrad mages guild has a spell ( not the spell you need but it has the spell effect you need)

once you buy this spell from one of the mages there, you can make your own spell at the university with the correct spell type using the spell effect you just bought

other people have said if you wait a week in game time, the scrolls will respawn in the chest

but it would be faster to try the first option
