Yes. In a chemical change, you can reverse the process (i.e.: make cooked meat raw again.)

In a physical change, the process can be reversed. E.g.: having an ice cube melt and then freezing it again back into a cube.

from what i learned, chemical changes are difficult or impossible to reverse. i dont think you can turn meat raw.
