ok, my outfit for tonight.. simple color question?

Question

i am wearing some tight black skinny jeans.
and my new granny vest.. it looks sweet dont worry. but it is sort of a pale grey, and it needs a tank top under it.
so i have two of the same style tank tops with lace along the bottom, i think the style will look good. i have a black one and a royal blue one.
which color should i wear?
keep it black and smooth with the little bit of grey on top?
or, add the bright blue color underneath?

If the vest is open down the front then wear the black as it will give a long skinny line of black down the front with the pants and make you look taller

unless the royal blue really makes it pop.

if you like the royal blue but its too eye popping then you should tone it down with the black.

I'd add some color! Add a little silver shimmer or some blue, or even green!
