weell, i suggest going shopping with her, then wonder into a shop and be liike "ooo, this is a pretty bra i think i'll buy it, hey! you should get one too!" or something like that:) or buy her one for her birthday (maybe make it a shared present with another person if you feel embarrassed) along with like a shirt or something. Or you could just build up the courage and just tell her something like, "I can sort of see through your top, I think you should wear a bra" <<< thats all the best i can think of, hope it helps:)

Tell her that you want to go bra shopping for yourself, and ask if she would come with you. Have fun with it. You can both try on colorful cute bras, and maybe she'll buy one too. :)

Well you have to tell her eventually because friends need to be told the truth even if it hurts because if you don't it's probably going to hurt her more than if you do tell her. But if you want to spare her feelings just start by asking her why she doesn't wear a bra. Or just tell her that when she doesn't wear a bra everybody can see her boobs through her shirt because that really does happen when girls don't wear bras and they're in their teens. Hope this helped and good luck with your friend. :)

"you know what hon? The girls are getting kinda big. Your clothes will look SOO much better with the right foundation. Wanna go bra shopping?"
if she doesn't believe you - make her watch Tim Gunn's Guide to Style until she gets it.

as a friend, you should solely approach her and tell her what people are saying. be sure to assure her that they are just words, but as her friend you feel that she should know and make a personal opinion about what she thinks she should do. be sure to tell her that it is no big thing, and that a bra will even help her grow up some. just be sure to make it a positive statement although it is an obviously negative situation. if your friend is embarrassed, assure her that many other people are being teased also, but you thought she should get herself out of that crowd. good luck. i had to do this once!..

Tell your friend in private that she might want to consider wearing a bra and that people are talking about her behind her back. After you tell her this it's up to her if she wants to wear one or not.
