Correction. Not new year here yet.
It is just another day, because it is not new year yet in other places in the world.
and tomorrow, yes, tomorrow is new year here but now just another day to those of you whose new year is today.
Will it be better than Jan 1, 2007? I hope so. Now that it is over, I can diss 2006. It was not a good year.
Cheer up, smile, and toast the coming 2008. I have a hunch it will be better than last year. *g*

Maybe. If we can get through the next 12 months w/o GW Bush making anymore colossal errors of judgment (fingers crossed on that one) and if we can get someone with some sense in the White House, we as Americans may have a better year.
On a personal note, yes every year is a little better than the last as I am (hopefully) a bit wiser.
