If you are searching websites, look for CPU fan or processor fan. It is also called a Heatsink, so some sites may refer to it as a CPU heatsink or just heatsink by itself.

Can be tricky because it depends on what computer chip you have and what "socket" it uses.

Like many others, I suggest you use NEWEGG as they are VERY reputable, good prices, and good shipping

If you need to identify what CPU you have, there are several ways.
Easiest is to RIGHT click on your My Computer icon and LEFT click on Properties
The type of procesor your system has is listed under: Computer section of the General tab.

you just don't want a fan , you want a heat-sink to put the fan on and maybe even some heat dope (thermal compound)

hope that helps

PS prices vary depending on your chip type and how much cooling you require

Any local business or computer store should sell them for about 15 bucks or so.

Huh? What chip? You mean your cpu (processor)?
newegg.com, about 20 bucks or so, I'd guess, for a basic one. Nicer ones for overclockers are more.
