I want to know if they'll still send it to that person.

Yes, it will still go to that person. It just won't come back to you if there is a problem.

unless there are problems with it, it will get to them, but if there were to be any problems with it, you won't get it back to be able to fix it!

they should still be able to deliver it, your return address is usually only needed when you fail to provide enough postage or the item is undeliverable.

As long as it is properly addressed and has enough pastage fine but if there are any problems they will open your letter in order to find a return address so hopefully nothing embarassing is read by multiple eyes...
