Depends what type of cells they are, but most rechargable cells are 1.2 volts, so look on the label on the battery and divide the voltage by 1.2. E.G 19.2 volts/1.2 = 16 cells.

All batteries consist of cells which produce about 1.5 volts DC. AAA, AA, C, D are all 1.5V. Operating voltages of most cordless tools are multiples of 1.5, etc. So if you do the math...

well if your looking for how long it last for --
Turn it off.
Charge it up.
Take the charger out.
Turn it on.
Then there should be a battery in your taskbar, scroll over it or double click on it, & walla.

well for me if i want to figure that out i just unplug the battery source (if it isn't already) and go to the bottom right corner and click show hidden icons and 1 of them should look like a battery click on that and it'll show you
