I just did an online search for old plumbing parts, and the first two hits were www.oldhouseparts.com and
www.rdplumbing.com. Try the search and look at more results. I didn't check to see if either carry your part.

Amstand is really good about parts for their product - even old parts. A non-OEM supplier of their product is 'Master Plumber', which can be obtained at many plumbing wholesale outlets.

Well you will need the old parts to measure them...but, this place has a phone number and great people to help you figure out what you will need. I have bought from them on 2 occasions and have been very pleased with the service and products.
