heart pain on the pill???

im on the pill dianette. sometimes i get tightness in my chest, i am in denial that it would be angina as im a young girl but i know the pill increases risk of thrombosis.

Should i be worried?? ih happens maybe once every 3 weeks. docs says my bp is fine

Yes, I would let the doctor know about this particular pain and that having it concerns you, and want to know what other suggestions they may have.
