I second breasthealthonline website. I frequented that a lot before and after my surgery.
I've had NO issues with the surgery, though some people do. Sometimes there are reasons (smokers, other illnesses, not listening to the PS, etc), and sometimes there are issues that people scratch their head over.
The scarring is not bad, and I had no pain. Sometimes it can be a pain to get the insurance company to cover you, then again it can be very easy.
I had no issues at all and love my size.

Pain, loss of sensation, formation of scar tissue in breast, fairly long healing time/down time from work or school, visible scars, possible loss of ability to breast feed...
Breast reduction is a big surgery that must be carefully considered. However, there are also many positive factors such as increased self-confidence, less back/neck pain, better fitting clothes, easier to find (and afford!) bras, etc.
