No. I wouldn't risk it. Certain sinus medications containing decongestants can cause a rise in blood pressure or an irregular heartbeat in some individuals. You don't want to take a chance on making yourself sick by combining alcohol with the sinus meds.
A hot, steamy shower or warm compresses may alleviate the sinus pain and pressure without the use of medication.

It's not a good idea. Alcohol erases any good any antibiotic may have done you. But, maybe you'll be drunk enough to not care!
