No you cannot stop porn on the internet anymore than you can stop the internet itself. Honestly this is a very self serving request you are making. What are your reasons for claiming porn should even be stopped in the first place?
Also you do not specify what type of adult entertainment you are referring to as well.
In truth there is no way to arrest everyone who looks at porn you'd be arrest A LOT more people than you think b/c what one person considers porn to another might just be an R rated film. As such, seriously rethink your idea on how you can stop porn on the internet. If you are specifically against exploitation of minors yes I completely agree it should be stopped and violators should be criminally prosecuted. However, this is not the same as merely looking at something that might be mislabeled or misinterpreted as "porn", especially if it is done in the privacy of one's own home.

No one person is going to stop it. So your out of luck there. That sex thing has been around for a long time. What the Internet has done for sex is to make it so that people didn't have to drive to another side of town in a disguise to go into an adult book store to get whatever floats their boat. I would wager that at least 50% of the good people who are so against porn have a favorite porn site they go to when the kids go to bed...

Erudite, porn dealers claim that would be a violation of Freedom of the Press. Let's face it, the internet is the easy part: people can choose to stop it from coming to their computer. I think the real problem is the mail. The Post Office REFUSES to stop such trash.
We need a NATIONAL "Do Not Mail" list similar to the "Do Not Call" list (which apparently is not very effective, but it does help).

If you don't think porn should be legal, it might be easier for you to just move to India.

As long as there is a demand for it, you can't stop it. And arrest those who look at it? No, start with the top.
