He did not have a ******** in the oral office thus it doesnot warrant an impeachment.
Lying about justification for war is not a crime, neither outing a cia agent.
Bush did not have a blow jb in the oral office. He did not se*ual relationship with his chauffeur.

Hey Richard W,
No one died when Clinton lied?? I'm sure Monica was "shot" in the eye.
But also remember the USS Cole. I beleve there were deaths there and all Clinton did was chunk missles at caves in Afganistan.

Yes, for war crimes. If they impeach a guy for getting a b*** Job when his wife didn't even care, then they should impeach Bush for war crimes. Bush lies about everything not just sex.

There's really two answers to that--and it depends on where your focus is.
Onthe one hand, there is no question that both Bush and Cheney have committed crimes tha twarrent impeachment and conviction.
However--we also have to consider the effect of doing so on America. And from that perspective, it's debatable. First, an impeachment trial would fail to convict because the right-wing of the Republican party still has enough votes in the Senate to prevent the required 2/3 majority. Attempting an impeachment without the votes to convict would only hurt th ecountry by creating even more division--and a failed attempt would simply reinvigorate the fading power of the right-wing. Even if the votes were there, there's a real question as to the cost--in terms of political d chaos, etc. that would result.
The point is simply this: the good o fAmerica comes first. At this point tha tis better served by lettig them serve out their terms. That is not "justice" ins the sense that it lets them "get away " with their crimes. But they are not worth further damage to the country. Leave them to the justice o fHeaven and focus on rebuuilding and healing our country.

Yes, for a number of reasons. All of them "high crimes and misdemeanors" as required by the constitutional test.
Remember, when Clinton lied, no one died.
Honestly though, I really would prefer that they don't impeach them now. Why? Because I don't want Pelosi playing president. Or, worse we impeach Bush and Cheney gets away--then we end up with President Dick Cheney... Makes me shutter to think what that guy would do if he didn't have a puppet to hide behind.

Yes, and for the people who say they haven't broken any law...hmmm...let's run down the list, shall we?
1. Falsifying information in order to justify the invasion of a sovereign nation.
2. Purposefully withholding information from Congress for the same reason.
3. Engaging in the illegal wire-tapping of American citizens.
4. Purposefully outing an undercover CIA agent for the sole purpose of retribution.
5. Suspending habeus corpus.
6. Condoning the illegal extradition of suspected criminals.
7. Condoning the illegal torture of suspected criminals.
8. Withholding information about the status of Iran's nuclear program (reason unknown, but I suspect it's related to #1 above).
...shall I go on, people?
THROW THE BUMS OUT!!!!!!
