i thought i was a pretty fair mechanic, but danged if i can find the horn in my mazda b4000 pickup. it don't beep anymore, and i thought maybe a loose wire, i checked the fuses, but i CANNOT find that horn anywhere!! can any mechanic help me find this elusive piece?? probably like a ford ranger. mine is a 1994. HELP

sometimes there is one on each side of the vehicle and sometimes they are together, climb under the front of the car and look first on the passenger side of the vehicle underneath the headlight and close to the outer fender.

most cars have the horn near the grille of your car or behind the bumper cover. try looking from under the car under the bumper cover you might have a plastic cover that covers all that but if you pull that off then you will be able to see it look to both sides it could be on your left side or right side

Its behind the grille ,passenger side. If not there try behind the right side fender liner under the headlight.

You will need a cold compress, and a friend.

Lift the hood, put the friend in the drivers seat. Watch in the engine compartment as your friend pushes the horn.

Apply cold compress to the bruise on the back of your head until it goes down...

i always seem to find them by the head lights or on the fender.

If it is not in the center of the front grill it probably will be in the front fender well on the drivers side. good luck -
