Try Kobe Beef. It is hand fed, pampered, fed special grain diets, massaged, listens to classical music, etc.

Most of the beef is like crap. You must pay dearly for the quality cuts.

I guess a good piece of meat always costs more, and I am not just talking about a side of beef.
Speaking about a side of beef, where is "I Need More Cowbell" at today? I thought he would have been moooved to answer this one after he herd it.

It seems a really good piece is always expensive. But more often than not - worth every penny.

No, but it's hard to make money raising beef. I did it to get the tax write-offs for feed, fencing and water. Plus I always had the very best drug free meat in the freezer. I may have to go get a couple of steers now you got me thinking about it again. I'll save you a few choice cuts.

I know what you mean.
And it seems like the smaller the cut of beef (for example, Fillet Mignon), the higher the dang price!
