for every new law that is enacted, two old laws must be removed. That way it would reduce the redundent and aged laws on the books already and free up courts for time and make the court system more easitly understood by civilians.

Everyone in this state has the right to have and keep a pet, regardless of whether the person lives in a house, apartment, or temporary housing. Pets shall be defined as cats, dogs, birds, and fish and any other pet that is found in a pet store in this state. Pets that have been moved from other states that allow pets not allowed in this state shall be permitted when they move with their person or people from a different state. A landlord may inquire into whether a pet is violent, but this is not required. A tenant may be asked to sign as statement stating he agrees to be responsible for the actions of his/her pet. No-one in this state shall be denied an apartment or temporary housing because they have and keep a pet!!!

Mine would be...
A law that bans any more "feel good" laws from lazy politicians who are incapable of dealing with real issues.

That whoever writes worthless checks( with the intent to defraud) be punished to the extent of the law. Opinion: the person presenting(endorsing) such worthless documents, shouldn't have to be held accountable, like it's the case here in California. I found that the thief usually gets away with murder, and very easy keeps committing the same crime.

That any one (Government, agency, company, credit reporting group, et al, etc.) releasing ANY personal information would be sentenced to life in prison without parole.
On the noon news, it was stated that identity theft was up 47% this past year. Number one culprits include the VA, SSA, Post Office, etc.
As part of this law, any type of national ID would be prohibited; no medical records, insurance records, driver's records, etc., would be permitted to be published in any form whatsoever, especially on the internet. Also, any one who calls, e-mails, sends mail, etc., MUST provide an option that people can use to stop whomever uses phone calls, e-mails, or mail (an opt-out for each case).

Employment of an illegal results in a $10,000 fine per illegal per day. Illegal being defined as they can not speak English. (Papers can be faked, the ability to speak English can not.)

This sounds petty but I would make it against the law for concert halls to charge for parking! You have already paid for the ticket, taxes surcharges and then when you get there you need to pay 10 to 15 dollars to park in their parking lot..why? It's not like they are watching your car or valet. Please it's just another way to get more money out of us.
