i cant go to bed earlier because i work until about 1 in the morning, and i have a baby at home, i have tried the following things and they have worked for a little while but not long,
coffee, energy drinks, not eating late at night due to digestion distrubing sleep, and i cant find something that helps me to get out of bed...
i am trying to wake up about an hour earlier than i normally do so i can go running...
any ideas?

i cant cut down on work, need the money to pay bills ect.
i have to wake up early because my children wake up.... i get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep..
i jsut need help waking up not fixing my busy schedule!

You really should try to get a ful nights sleep, at least 7 hours; plain and simple. If you aren't then you are doing right by your baby and keeping yourself healthy. Maybe you should prioritize a little better.

i know, i do it every day. u kind of have to just get out of bed and get ur shoes on and just go. u feel so empowered once ur up and running! i know i do!
