Should auld acquaintance be forgot and never brought to mind?

I think so. If they haven't made friend status, why bother? Bag 'em.

I think you're right Bill. I'm learning in life to treat my friends very well and to just let go of others. I have a lot of acquaintances that send me a Christmas card and I never talk to them through the year. This year I said "**** it" and didn't send them a card....
So mean, but I so don't care.
