This will sound crazy but I know for your feet you put something thick like cocoa butter or vasoline and wrap them up in plastic wrap. Then you put socks on and if you do it overnight it soaks into your skin. Here's the crazy part because you didn't say which part of your skin you could try to do that with your legs or arms and it should work. Hey they do something like that at spas. LOL

Don't just get a lotion, get a body cream. Something with either Shea Butter or Cocoa Butter in it. Apply it often.

use lotion for your body, arm, and legs.
i prefer st. ives for dry skin.
use it everyday after you take a shower, while your skin is still a little damp.

as for your face, don't use lotion for it.
instead, use a mosturizer that fits your skin type (combination, dry, or oily)

for your feet, scrub it with scrubbing stone, to smooth the rough stuff.

and for your hands, put body lotion morning and night.

Use a moisturizing soap, you can probably find some unscented ones at any supermarket. You may want to put lotion on too if that doesn't make you soft enough.
