I cant find it in all programmes, where will i get it. We dont have a restore CD and cant find the 'factory settings restore' any where on the PC.

any codes to type into 'run' that anybody knows of, or how to find it????

or even any other way to get the PC basicly back to how it was when we got it, without the restore CD?

It could be any combination of keys,,, or a partition that holds the backup data... If it is a dell you can try to hold down the ctrl and f11 while booting

Depends on manufacturer, mine is on a partition of the hard drive

ITS NOT RESTORE ,BUT RECOVERY,THEY ARE DIFFERENT,FOR RESTORE,GO TO START,PROGRAMMES,ACCESSORIES,SYSTEM TOOLS,AND RESTORE (TO EARLIER DATE).
WITH THIS,YOU DONT LOSE ANY DATA YOU'VE SAVED.
FOR FULL RECOVERY,SOME COMPUTERS HAVE IT BUILT IN,IF NO CD,JUST SCROLL THROUGH PROGRAMMES UNTIL YOU FIND IT

click start menu,control panel,performance and maintenance, there u can restore yr pc, or click start menu,all programs,accessories,system tools there u can restore ur pc too
